Our pop up is in operation 27 - 29 August. With timeslots available for 10-11am, 12-1pm, 2-3pm and 4-5pm each day. Simply choose your preferred available time slot and secure it with a 50% deposit. We'll send your invoice once we've received your booking. Your remaining balance is due one month before your wedding date. If you book within 30 days we ask for full payment.

Q: What does the welcome pack include

Q: What happens if the weather is bad?

You get married! This is the beauty of our indoor wedding venue!

Q: Can we bring our own photographer or vendors?

Not this time. We’ve created this package so that you don’t have to. We’ll provide your photographer and vendors. For vendors before you get to Alpine Altar, like hair & make up etc. We’ll send you recommendations in your welcome pack.

Q: What happens if we’re late?

Your booking time is fixed, so arriving late will reduce your ceremony and photo time. We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes early to make the most of your experience.

Q: Can we bring our own drinks or food?

Yes—guests are welcome to BYO drinks but not food. We recommend keeping things simple to fit within your one-hour experience. If you have ordered a cake with your package - you can definitely eat that! We will bring it for you on the day. Alpine Altar will provide glassware, a cake stand, cutlery and plates.
